After my transfer to Surmac Guyane I was supposed to be an OCTOPUS I helped customers & SURMAC GUYANE in these roles below :1- CVA MANAGEMENT- Develop and implement CVA sales- Maximize customer satisfaction levels for active CVA's- Maintain constant visibility on CVA growth market through acquired Buisness Intelligence BI - Create and present CVA ROI to ensure contract accuracy- Oversee CVA execution content - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to minimize process breakdowns to maintain functional engagement - Uphold accuracy of the various CVA performance Dashboards- Presentations & reporting for stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations & actionable insights- Provide visibility & analytics for the CVA portfolio 2- EQUIPMENT FLEET MANAGEMENT- Providing recommendations to customers about machines effective application- Increasing production and lowering operating costs- Providing recommendations to customers about increasing machines fleet utilization and lifetime performance- Preconising fuel consumption optimization, maintenance & repair planning- Analyze & interpret data related to customer care operations such as spare parts, service operation (WO & WIP), warranty - Presentations & reporting for stakeholders & actionable insights- Conduct data mining to address specific business questions related to customer care.- Coordinate services with on Time Delivery metrics & customer machine availability 3- TECHNICIAN'S LABOR MANAGEMENT- Extract & Convert Data through Power BI- Register technician's time cards on the ERP according WO numbers from service worked- Extract and report the hours to finance branch - Convert Data & Build Productivity on POWER BI4- DPC PORTAL MANAGEMENT• Administration of the learning portal DPC- Attribuate courses to all epmloyees of each department - Ensure accesses of epmloyees to the portal & reporting to CatepillarMISSION ACCOMPLISHED & WELL DONE

• Create sales quote for Surmac Guyane• Configuration of machines GCI or BCP , based on the needs• Order Machines on DOCS depends on the lane availaible• Estimate final sales prices

Assist different customers in 5 French West Indies Countries :French Guiana , Martinique , Guadeloupe , St Martin , St Barthelemy
