• Engaged the public on behalf of King County Metro at a variety open houses and meetings, collaborating with transit users to develop equitable, effective service modifications.• Executed research and data gathering resulting in the improvement of King County Metro's system in regard to performance and equitability measures.• Developed maps and graphics for various Metro documents, including but not limited to the King County Metro Long Range Transit Plan, the 2016 U-Link Metro Service Change, and the September 2015 Metro Service Change package.• Provided consistent, daily support to the Service Planning division, including communications and research, network ridership/performance data and policy analysis, and project coordination and management.• Created public service announcements for dissemination to over 55,000 social media followers.
