I've had the pleasure of representing Juniper and other brand sponsors at events and fundraisers such as Sip and Savour, Mixology on the Pier (in 2018 I won the Media's Choice award for my cocktail with Grand Marnier), Science of the Cocktail at Science World in 2017. I have hosted numerous ambassador dinners and lunches for brands such as Monkey Shoulder, Wild Turkey, Teeling, and Beefeater, along with organizing the Belvedere cocktail competition hosted at Juniper. I've also had the pleasure of designing a beer in collaboration with Faculty Brewing.

As part of the opening team at Torafuku as Bar Manager, I handled the bar program's conception, from securing inventory to designing the menu and training and hiring staff. I was the face of the restaurant's bar program and was consistently featured in press and television appearances. Torafuku was awarded Best New Restaurant by Where Vancouver Magazine. I represented and won for Torafuku at the Beefeater Competition in 2015. I was also featured in TASTE Magazine for Spring cocktails and vodka cocktails.
