• Manage day to day operations of the Snowtown Group.• Oversee transport logistics for up to 650 trucks per day and 5 trains per week.• Managing SH&E and Food safety compliance.• Manage the groups P&L.• Manage approximately 360,000 tonne of grain stock inventory.• Stock integrity activities.• Manage harvest receivals.• Co-ordinate and manage outturning of stock for both road and rail movements.• Staff Recruitment.• Managing up to 125 staff members.• Staff Inductions.• Assess and manage Group training requirements.• Organise daily routines including start-ups and toolbox talks.• Contractor inductions and Permit to Works• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders.• Report Writing and audit compliance.• Developing Group culture which focuses on employee safety, high achievement, continuous improvement and social responsibility. • Ensuring implementation of the appropriate systems for required policies, procedures, work instructions, standards and legislation.• Developing and implementing solutions and strategies• Use of a company credit card.
