• Negotiate with the Rail, Tram and Bus Union (RTBU) on behalf of the Company to ensure operational capabilities are met.
• Budgeting and budget forecasts.

Snowtown Group

• Manage day to day operations of the Snowtown Group.
• Oversee transport logistics for up to 650 trucks per day and 5 trains per week.
• Managing SH&E and Food safety compliance.
• Manage the groups P&L.
• Manage approximately 360,000 tonne of grain stock inventory.
• Stock integrity activities.
