This role was accountable for all operational integration activities for Yarra Trams as part of the state government’s Next Generation Tram Project. This included developing operational readiness plans, mapping training requirements and developing interface plans. My role was to also provide expert advice on operations to stakeholders for the purpose of development and design of the new vehicle, new tram maintenance facility and any network uplift activities.

This role was accountable for the formulation and delivery of a transformation program for the rolling stock maintenance division in order to improve vehicle availability for service. This division included maintenance, engineering and projects departments.
