- Assist with a variety of media shoots, including film, live broadcast, photography, and podcast productions.- Coordinate with multiple teams to plan and execute shoots, ensuring that all necessary equipment, personnel, and locations are secured in advance.- Prepare the studio space for shooting and create cue cards and other materials as needed.- Organize contracts for freelancers and communicate with talent to ensure that everyone involved in the shoot is aware of their roles and responsibilities.- Manage scheduling for shoots and other production-related activities, working closely with team members to ensure that deadlines are met and that all necessary resources are available.- Create and maintain log/shot lists to track progress and ensure that all necessary shots are captured during filming.- Overhaul the team's Monday.com system, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and productivity.

- Assigning and allocating resources to specific projects and tasks.- Coordinating with different departments, such as production, editorial, and graphics, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.- Facilitating and heading weekly meetings to talk about ongoing and upcoming projects.- Responsible for overseeing and arranging all aspects of Float, including Resource Management, Planning, and Scheduling.- Communicating with team to keep them informed of progress and any potential delays or issues.- Managing and maintaining project timelines and ensuring that deadlines are met.- Identifying and resolving conflicts or bottlenecks in the production schedule.- Tracking and reporting on project progress and performance metrics.- Continuously evaluating and improving processes and workflow to optimize productivity and efficiency.- Being familiar with the industry trends, technologies and best practices to ensure the company stays competitive.- In charge of managing and organising all parts of Float (Resource Management, Planning & Scheduling Software).- Designing and constructing InDesign documents for proposals.

- Organising a weekly rota to ensure daily needs and essential operations of the business are met.- Initiating and encouraging a dynamic style of working to effectively improve customer satisfaction and increase sales at minimal cost.- Stock checks, liaising with external suppliers and frequently ordering equipment and supplies necessary to the business.- Opening and closing procedures, cashing up, creating weekly and monthly financial reports.- Assisting with the payroll procedures by overseeing and logging staff working hours.- Adapting to the restrictions of the pandemic as and when restrictions would fluctuate, to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and guests whilst still achieving sales targets.

- Managing a team.- Organising frequent deliveries of coffee beans, fresh produce, freshly baked deserts and disposables from various suppliers.- Encouraging the creation of and participating in devising and implementing weekly and seasonal specials.- Leading staff training sessions in customer service, dietary and allergen training, health and safety, and more specific training on product presentation and standards.- Participating in and guiding the creation of content for the business's various social media platforms.
