- Conducted a gap analysis of the DFB’s current partners in advance of Euro 2024 and World Cup 2026- Created in depth industry and partner research, partnership opportunities list, and partnership rationale/strategy for the current gaps in sponsorship industries- Presented all findings, next steps, and best new partnership options to the Managing Director of the Americas ahead of Euro 2024

- Co-lead the development of organizational level KPIs for each business function including industry benchmarks and target metrics before presenting recommendations to the COO- Supported the development and analysis of a new post game fan survey for the start of the 2023 season to enhance the insights provided in order to improve the fan experience- Collaborated with the larger team on refining a Tableau ticketing model to better understand ticket sale trends and progress towards home game attendance goals; recommended data-driven actions to accelerate improvement towards these goals

- Conducted structural analysis project of five strategic planning teams across company leading to a presentation and recommendation for the future of the Asia Pacific Latin América (APLA) strategic planning team.- Executed a market sizing and opportunity analysis for Nike in México. - Collaborated with eight other interns over three day pitch project to bring to life a potential business idea and plan to generate over $200 million dollars over five years.- Generated a SWOT analysis and strategic plan for subscription services in APLA.- Contributed to the APLA Strategic Planning team’s chief of staff role for executive leadership.

I am a student ambassador working to help gain awareness for this service program. I have been assisting with social media posts to help inform more students as well as being an ambassador and outlet for information for my team as well as others on campus.

I was a marketing intern and created blog posts to help inform clients as to the up coming trends in the field and show them that we were prepared for them. Was in charge of making and planning social media posts for local clients, such as New Balance, to help draw in more business for them. As well as developing SWOT analysis on potential competitors to help improve our business or analyze a potential client.

I helped to co found this start up with my dad and sister. I was greatly involved in all aspects of scaling and building the business. Including marketing on google to reach a wider audience and curating Amazon ads to facilitate growth outside of the US. During my time working with the start up we amassed $200,000 in revenue.
