Set up the new Joe's Southern Kitchen site• Launched the new site for Maxwell’s group, which owns 11 restaurants in London• Replicated the Joe’s concept and adapted it to a new part of London• Partnered with technology firms to enhance sales• Focused that the business opened on schedule smoothly• Managed 45 staff and did 1,000 covers per week
