A Marketing Automation Executive working for BrightHR with over 3 years experience working within different CRM & Automation systems. I have recently began my new role at BrightHR & work within the Marketo automation platform. Contributing to the team's Marketing team's roadmap goals, we leverage automation to send both prospecting & client communications, support the sales teams' & their lead lifecycle, A-B test various features in our email content & more.I previously worked with the HubSpot & Dot Digital platforms and having gained 18 months experience with the platforms. I supported the development of creating a scalable system that utilised Marketing automations & data analysis to create optimised journeys, troubleshoot potential errors with processes & amend them to ensure these functioned correctly, created reports that display behavioural trends for us to predict & split test, I also helped strategise the different ways we can utilise the platforms to create a cohesive customer experience for an potential and/or existing customers. I am a skilled, Certified Partner of the Keap CRM & Automation software CRM systems and have completed 18-month long, Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with Apprentify in 2022, achieving a Distinction grade.
