Along with PO Trade we have also developed PO Trade Liquidity, (POTL), a system that is designed to replace the front-end Bill contracts. The POTL solution will have more market depth to it, tighter prices, and will be approximately 40% to 50% cheaper to transact than the futures contract.PO Capital started actively voice broking in the Australian IDB market 12 months ago and each month is seeing revenues growing.As Deputy CEO my role is explore new growth opportunities for the business, to steer the business as we grow it from just being a startup, working closely with the CEO on potential plans for expansion, as well as regulatory contact, and senior management of the business.Key Achievements Granted an ASIC RG 172 license to operate an exchange, the POTL platform requires this license. Growing revenues in our current voice broking business. New growth initiatives being developed including Singapore, Hong Kong and London. My role was responsible for establishing partnerships with global funds to streamline the BCF balance sheet and to allow for greater loan distribution.Key Achievements Placed $60 mil of debt, $25 mil Senior debt and $35 mil Subordinated debt for a NSW retailer with externalinvestors within five months of team formation. This involved identifying potential investors, negotiatingkey terms and completion of transaction. This represented the first deal of its kind for CBA in that itparticipated in a client’s capital structure with external investors and was a successful deal for the bank,the borrower and the investors. Identified a broad range of potential domestic and international investors for future investment alongsideCBA. This has established a targeted client list, including client risk appetite, required returns and potentialstructures which will inform future deal opportunities.
