As Landside Coordinator, we provide a point of contact between transport companies and terminal booking systems; we further:- Assist Customer Service and Support team with Customer Requests.- Orchestrate bulk empty unit stack runs to minimise the impact on landside performance.- Liaise with government agencies to navigate the challenges of importing and exporting units to and from Australian shores.- Work closely with shipping lines to effectively transport containers from vessel to yard and yard to vessel.- Collaborate with the terminal planning team to reduce congestion and maintain a consistent transport turnaround time.- Provide out-of-hours support.- From an operational perspective, we utilise TOS programs such as NAVIS N4, XPS and 1-Stop.
