Immersed myself in economic analysis and industrial real estate. Proudest achievements were developing an economic index and interpreting macro-economic data to draw practical conclusions.Key Achievements:Economic Index Development: Create an economic index utilizing Mahalanobis distance. My index illustrated monthly distances to recessionary periods and growth periods by comparing co variances between four economic variables. Authored a white paper detailing the algorithm and suggested it's predictive capabilities. Data Interpretation: Analyzed and interpreted complex macro-economic data sets to uncover insights relevant to industrial real estate markets. This involved understanding various economic indicators, and their impacts on real estate investment strategies. New fund transition: Collaborated with the marketing department by presenting my relevant research to introduce a new energy fund as well as posting commercial real estate research from a macro-economic point of view.Through this role, I enhanced my analytical skills, deepened my understanding of economic indicators, and gained hands-on experience in macro-economics and real estate investment alongside exemplary analysts. This experience has significantly increased my enthusiasm for economic analysis and its practical applications in the investment sector.

Teaching advanced English to secondary and High school students that are based in Prague. I focus on building fluency and a wide range of sophisticated vocabulary.I like to encourage complex conversations that my students are enthusiastic about, going beyond the Czech school curriculum's. This not only has improved their fluency and confidence in their English speaking skills, but has indirectly helped them all achieve top english grades in school (1's).

I had the opportunity to Job Shadow the Corporate Director of IT at Capella Hotel Group. I helped with various tasks around the topic of device protection in an office space. I installed and updated new anti virus technologies and productivity software on all devices in the office space. Furthermore my understanding of how networks are utilized in the corporate world were enhanced through the importance of safety hardware and software in corporate offices. In addition I was able to see the different techniques IT departments use to train the employees in a company to avoid all vulnerabilities, ranging from malware, or data breaches through Phishing emails. Overall this internship was my first experience of the operations in an international business and sparked my curiosity of the corporate world.
