As a Telecommunications Engineer and Flex Supervisor at MJ Quinn, I deliver high-quality service and installation of fibre and copper networks for various clients and projects. I have multiple accreditations in FTTP, FTTH, fibre splicing, cable pulling, climbing, and NRSWA, and I am currently working on the FTTP network. I also supervise, mentor, and support a team of engineers, ensuring that they follow the health and safety standards, meet the customer expectations, and complete the work orders on time and within budget. I am a strong, happy, and motivated professional, who values teamwork, learning, and customer satisfaction. I completed my high school education in 2015, and since then I have been pursuing my passion for telecommunications engineering.
