Hey, I’m Max!I am a huge nerd at heart, a giant Star Wars, DC Comics, Lord of the Rings fan. You name it I’m probably into it.I’m a die hard Jayhawk and Chiefs fan as well, feeling pretty good about that lately. 🏆 🏆 I am a fun loving, caring, and exceptional team member. I try to bring my values of hard work, care, and understanding to each and every job I’m at. It’s important to be somewhere that not only cares about your values but fosters them as well. That’s where I love to be.For 4 years I worked at Zoom. First as a Technical Support Engineer, to learn the product from the ground up and have an understanding on every product Zoom offered. I was then promoted to Customer Success Manager - Zoom Phone and was a part of a team that took customers under our wing as we trained, informed, retained, and developed relationships with our clients. Previously I worked at Apple as a Sales Representative. I would sell a variety of products as well as upsell to additional services or accessories that the customer didn’t know they needed. I also worked directly with our Apple for Business team as a Sales Rep, routinely calling and inquiring with business’ from local to regional areas and discussing and selling our products.I care most about being at a work environment that cares for its employees, has a sense of fun and energy at the workplace, and is ready to make its next step as a company as a whole.
