This was a challenging experience as I joined the organization just as the Asia economic recession struck in Sept 1997. Assisted the Board of Directors in corporate restructuring, sharp cost cutting of operations, ensuring financial constraint and negotiating with financial institutions for the survival of the company.

Responsible for internal auditing for a group of listed companies to ensure their financial operations adhered to and complied with the listing entity requirements of the KL Stock Exchange.

I moved to an auditing environment to gain further experience and exposure.

My first book-keeping and accounting job. I quickly picked up new skills and valuable work experience.
