Manager - Selection And Assessment
Responsible for the support of selection strategy and training through consultation, design project management and implementation of large-scale initiatives in competency modeling, assessment tool design, validation, field logistics, and legal compliance, and training and learning involving selection practices. Position is also responsible for co-leading enterprise-wide human resource technology launch of digital interviewing platform (launched Q1 2019), including vendor research and selection, master services agreements / statement of work management, legal requirements, basic requirements and platform design, project management, training design, evaluation design.Translates department strategies into actionable initiatives to improve selection, placement, and talent development throughout the enterprise. Accountable for establishing and/or utilizing best practices regarding job analysis, competency modeling, assessment design/identification & validation and training design, adult learning theory, evaluation (Kirkpatrick's evaluation model), and ROI analysis.Designs large-scale cross-functional initiatives to integrate job evaluation and competency modeling activities in the development and training/education of new selection tools for specific business groups. Responsible for co-leading development, design, launch and ongoing updates to company-wide required Interviewer training.Leads research, design and implementation of large scale DE&I-focused updates to hiring process, as well as co-leading research and analysis leading to large scale development of diversity attraction initiatives for Talent Acquisition. Maximizes the business value of assessments by leading concurrent and predictive statistical validation studies in partnership with vendor(s). Oversees legally compliant validity and adverse impact analyses to ensure assessments are implemented in compliance with all relevant legal and professional standards.
