I have filled roles in maintenance management for 5+ years. I currently oversee building and system operations at an 80-unit residential building and an adjoining three-story building. My areas of expertise include budget planning, capital projects, cost control, inventory, purchasing, and staff supervision. I have reduced costs and improved efficiency by bringing functions in house, which include daily management of HVAC systems.
