CIM is an investment and real estate company based in Los Angeles, California, at the Lot at Formosa. I led daily teams managing the seven large Sound Stages studios and eight Office Buildings. I streamlined processes for contracting and leasing by refining tracking and communication, which increased revenue and customer satisfaction.● Managed all rentals of the facility end to end. I wrote and edited contracts to suit the needs of each party involved, provided bids that outlined the spaces and services provided, set up accounts for payment, and provided logistical outlines and staffing plans for each event. The rentals ranged from large-scale commercials with Taco Bell to Gala's with MPTF.● Responsible for all vendor contracting and management, which I ranged anywhere from 60-90 different vendors. I scheduled and managed communication with tenants and inspected all work to ensure all services met CIM's standards and the Tenant's expectations.● Aided in construction, repairs, and maintenance teams in service of the tenants on the lot, totaling hundreds of service calls and dozens of maintenance and construction projects per month.● Responsible for tracking and managing potential event rentals, averaging 10-12 a week, and converting over 10 percent of them into clients, adding almost 65% more event revenue in 2022.

Center Theatre Group is one of the largest Non-Profit Theatre Companies in the world, producing and presenting theatre at the Ahmanson, Mark Taper Forum, and the Kirk Douglas Theatre. I managed facility operations for all buildings, including artistic, manufacturing, and office spaces. While working at Center Theatre Group, I pioneered suitability practices that made the Kirk Douglas Theatre a California Certified Green Business.● Managed and implemented all logistical planning and personnel connected with the day-to-day facility Operation, including maintenance, building engineering, housekeeping, and FOH teams creating a cohesive and consistent operation with customer service and a professional demeanor as the primary focus.● Managed all contractors, vendors, and service contracts, assuring the company got the best service and pricing available to keep all maintenance on schedule and under budget.● Assisted in creating and analyzing the annual Facilities and Operations budget, including projecting utilities and labor costs based on the use of the space and rate increases, creating more accurate numbers for future budgets.● Developed and implemented the SOPs, job descriptions, and policies for Facilities teams, staff, and vendors. To ensure a collaborative focus on organizational goals to increase staff, talent, and guest experiences. Including Safety Manuals with role-specific instructions and general overviews.● Created and managed training for safety plans, including evacuation, fire, earthquake, active shooter, and COVID planning.

I worked with an 11:11 Experience and opened up the 11:11 Theatre in West Hollywood. I Installed the majority of all technical systems acquired production equipment and got the inaugural production of Famous off the ground.

I was brought in as a Production Coordinator for the seasonal events for the Young Arts mentor-ship and training programs. I would coordinate with production and oversea on deliverables and show management.

Working with Immersive theatre team of Josh Randle and Eric Vosmeier I aided in the day to running of operations of the immersive experience for the motion picture The Strangers - Prey at Night.

I worked with the Leaf Group on a immersive employee and product focused experiences. I designed and installed a recreation of the CBGB in New York for employees . As producer and designer I worked with the company to create concepts focused around employee enrichment.

I was hired as an independent contractor to help create and manage several events including the annual gala. I created managed budgets, Contracting vendors, and aided in the creation of the event design and flow.

As lead Producer of the show The Devil You Know I was responsible for the creation and management of the budget, hiring of creative team and all vendors, as well as handling all ticketing and social media platforms.

I worked with the Liberty Hill Foundation on there Annual Gala designing a creating several exhibits. Several of the pieces I created ended up in museums featuring political art.

Working on a contract basis I worked nearly four seasons with musical theatre west as a stagehand, carpenter, and stage supervisor. The job entailed running load in/out for each production, and managing the stage crew and technical operations for the shows while we were in production.

I worked with Mcnally Enterprises as a freelance tech director on special projects and event installs. My work ranged from contracting, drafting, and building out assigned projects from the ground up.

Knockti Harbor Resort and Spa was a full-service resort and entertainment venue in northern California, boasting five stages, including a 1500-seat showroom and a 7000-seat amphitheater. During my time, I supervised events and security operations for the venues, overseeing the load-ins and outs, traffic, and patrons' safety. • Managed Onsight event and security staff ranging from 20- 100 employees across the Knockti Harbor Resort and Spa campus.• Created work schedules and operational plans, including traffic, parking, transit, and evacuation.• Coordinated with Local law enforcement, Fire Department, and other relevant organizations to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all events.• Acted as onsite safety manager creating reports and liaising between HR, production, and law enforcement.
