As a member of the front office staff my responsibilities include maintaining a flow of efficiency, check-in/check-out of guests, meeting guest expectations and creating a “perfect” experience for all. Additionally, I am solely responsible for the preparation of the night audit report to be completed daily.

Employed as "Hospitality Intern". Completed 400+ hour internship program. Had opportunity to study and work throughout the departments of Front Office, Housekeeping, Human Resources, Security and Engineering. Fully trained in front desk operations as well as coordinating the housekeeping office.
