Supporting our Global Product Support and wider Customer Service department, comprised of our flagship product CargoWise and 40+ acquired product teams all around the world, with process alignment and improvement.

I initially started working on the tills and moved through different positions in my short time at Sainsbury's. A lot of my time was spent managing the self service machines before I received training on the customer service desk. Here, I dealt with queries and complaints from customers, in store and over the phone. I also occasionally took up a supervising role, to cover colleagues holidays, where I would be responsible for staff queries, equipment issues and delegating work. Due to my late working hours (4.30 - 11.30), I was also trusted to help close at the end of the night. This involved cleaning, locking up and the 'bag run' (collecting money from the tills and confirming the count).
