In my role, I am responsible for operating and supporting the delivery of regional intelligence products and services to Securitas and Securitas’ customers. With a regional focus on the Asia Pacific, I collect, process and analyse data and information to inform the production of intelligence products and services, and disseminate these to customers internally and commercially.

Keeping Securitas ahead of threats and protecting its customers' interests through the delivery of timely, accurate, relevant, and actionable intelligence products to internal and commercial stakeholders globally, as part of the Risk Intelligence Center (RIC). Using knowledge of intelligence methodologies, tools, and processes, I supported the RIC's whole intelligence cycle. From the collection and processing of information, through analysis and assessment, as well as dissemination to customers in a variety of sectors. I supported the development of intelligence that provided situational awareness and decision-making advantages.

• Managed day-to-day operational issues of a large student accommodation building of 600+ international students.• Ensured the company retained tenants through sales pitches and supervised contract signing.• Composed company emails and efficiently managed the online booking and tenant administration system.• Helped develop, organise and run 10+ events for resident students.

• Delivered packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to delivery schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Provided exceptional customer service to the elderly and in need while following strict COVID protocols in 2021.

• Researched, wrote, and edited three funding proposals to USAID for projects relating to youth involvement in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process as well as projects building a working relationship between Israeli and Palestinian leadership.• Collaborated closely with culturally and linguistically diverse team members to meet departmental and organisational goals.• Employed principles and practices of information management systems, ensuring data management protocols were followed.

• Conducted outbound sales calls to prospective customers in a high-volume environment, achieving daily and weekly sales targets.• Utilised CRM software to track leads and arrange customer data, resulting in improved efficiency and organisation.

• Addressed customer service requests and issues on a daily basis; communicated with customers and resolved 99% of issues with services including online banking and telephone banking on first call.• Met or exceeded individual and team performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
