Conducted research on potential barriers to air-source heat pump adoption in Maryland. Interviewed stakeholders in the building electrification space from consumer advocates to utility regulatory experts to HVAC professionals; surveyed membership to explore approaches to heat pump adoption and produced a memo summarizing research results and recommendations.

I managed all data and technical aspects of Working America’s in-house phone center from selection of the dialer system and network support through basic training for call staff. I hired and supervised a small team of IT and data support staff.In addition to providing reports, counts and other descriptive statistics on all facets of the organization, I worked with researchers to translate study designs (randomized, controlled studies of our field work) into operational plans. This involved close collaboration between the researchers, our voter file vendor, and our field, political and data teams. I oversaw data logistics for field implementation including maintaining integrity of control contacts, provided regular (often daily) results for analysts, and managed multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor challenges to field implementation.
