Silver Property Investments LLC is focused on the development of multi-family and mixed use real estate projects around greater Philadelphia. We seek properties in great neighborhoods where we can create substantial value and reposition for sale and/or lease. As a sponsor, SPI syndicates and deploys investor capital into ground up new construction projects to hold as part of our portfolio. SPI is also actively developing ground up projects built to sell. We deliver in house construction management, property management, sales & leasing for all of our projects.

Plan, manage and execute capital improvement construction projects on multi-family properties.Responsible for the full life of the project and completing on budget and within schedule.Develop scope of work, solicit bids, review and analyze proposals, award contracts, and prepare agreements. Maintain and expand the database of qualified contractors in all trades and specialties.Direct construction progress, coordinate on-site meetings, and interface with property staff.

Targeted sales and rental leads and developed extensive contact database in a large commercial real estate territory comprised of numerous submarkets.Negotiated terms of lease agreements and agreements of sale.Communicated with investors and developers in fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.

Evaluated client needs and specifications to coordinate services and equipment including timing, pricing and coordination with off-site sales engineers.Negotiated contracts with oil companies that generated $500K in revenue.Responsible for operating and troubleshooting computer systems related to major on-site equipment.
