Current- Responsible for sourcing data, defining targeting parameters and producing campaignanalysis for all Savings/Checking marketing campaigns.

- Facilitates the sharing of campaign analysis, campaign targeting requirementsand Fair-Lending approval on a daily basis to keep marketing operations on schedule.
- Successfully managed personnel to research and analyze a jump in new membersjoining NFCU driven by the 15-Month Certificate – follow up recommendations accepted and executedwithin the year.
- Member of the MCOA team since the implementation of PEGA as the marketingsystem for NFCU in 2021, with a deep understanding of PEGA CDH, its supporting data systems and theteams that allow it to operate.
