As Territory Manager for Sidecar Tours, I oversee operations across multiple regions, ensuring smooth tour experiences and efficient staff management. My key responsibilities include:Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor reservations for diverse tours (wine, beer, scenic, cocktail, food, etc.) by handling communications through various channels—texting, emailing, calling, and online systems. I ensure accurate booking management and reservation verification using our Peek booking system.Staff Communication: Send nightly updates to staff via GroupMe, detailing daily operations and tour statuses, while tracking total hours worked.Time Management: Input and reconcile staff hours across regional timesheets, accounting for booking changes, cancellations, and actual hours worked, while adhering to our structured compensation guidelines.Scheduling & Staffing: Lead the scheduling process through Sling, ensuring quarterly schedules are prepared in advance. I coordinate coverage across locations, especially for high-priority bookings, and manage staffing levels by assessing availability and operational needs.Timesheet Accuracy: Ensure daily timesheet accuracy, approve extra hours for non-standard situations, and provide detailed notes to avoid discrepancies.Boosting Company Morale: Implement and monitor incentive programs, track performance metrics, organize team-building events, and gather feedback to maintain high standards across all locations.In this role, I leverage my organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.
