CurrentI have successfully and independently led numerous implementations of CMap into various Consultancy businesses, including some of the top 100 Management Consultancies in the UK, ensuring the project remains on track and on budget. I have managed complex and difficult conversations, which have improved my communication and presenting skills immensely. I have helped my clients overcome difficult challenges, using my knowledge of the product as well as my wider business consulting experience and knowledge. I have also been assisting in the growth of our US Consultancy at CMap, completing webinars and livestreams to help showcase CMap’s capabilities to clients in America. I have also taken a leading role in the People Forum, a group designed to focus on health and well-being internally which I have very much enjoyed. I organised a virtual walk equivalent to the distance of our UK to Florida office, across a whole month in 2023. I have began to take up a coaching role to some of our younger, less experienced colleagues to help them with soft skills such as effective communication, leadership and how to manage and cope with difficult client situations. I received a promotion 6 months into my career here after excelling expectations and flourishing in my new role.
