Worked from start to finish on beer brands from creative inception; art concepts and recipes to in-market releases. Ensured all packaging was met to Canadian Consumer Packaging Standards, proofed art and copy. Worked closely with the Sales Team to ensure all in-trade assets were available in time for release. Planned out 2024 Gift With Purchase and Enter To Win prizing. Planned all social media releases and content for beers, special announcements and events through copy writing, photography, reel creation and planned photoshoots. Grew @phillipsbeer from 37K to 41.1K followers Strategically placed ads and worked with the art team in print and digital spaces. Wrote copy for beer packaging, email blasts and Facebook, Instagram and website releases. Maintained that Phillips Brewing's website was up to date with the newest beer releases. Managed in-house and offsite events strategically to promote core brands and new releases including Tasting Room parties, festivals, trade shows and art programming. Worked on Phillips Backyard Music Festivals hosting onsite 7000 guest biyearly 3-day events on planning, promotion and execution. Worked closely with a small team on a 2024 festival rebrand for Phillips Backyard including social media platforms, new website, stage assets, merchandise development, and new partnerships. Grew @phillips.backyard from 1K to 5K followers. Closely worked alongside festival producers and ticketing agents to strategically plan artist announcements and ticket releases leading up to the shows. Created photoshoot plan to capture content to grow and promote next year's festivals. Trained and supervised Events and Sponsorship Summer Internships in coordination, media monitoring, and event execution.

Brought relevancy to the brand for the GTA through events, PR activations, partnerships and sponsorships. Managed all external negotiations, budgets, marketing assets and beer forecasting. Responsible for hiring and managing a part-time staff of 12. Rebuilt Muskoka Brewery’s programming calendar for the back half of 2021 and 2022 with 148 events and activations. Worked closely with the larger Marketing Team and Sales Team to make sure that events and activations had purpose in fulfilling the goals of Muskoka Brewery. Major clients worked with include Just for Laughs, Word on the Street, The Princess Margaret Hospital, Tall Pines Music and Arts Festival and the Society of Beer Drinking Ladies. Active member of the brewery’s Diversity and Inclusivity Committee and a panel member of the Northern Craft Brewery Diversity and Inclusivity Committee which brought together Muskoka, Sawdust City, Lake of Bays, Katalyst and Canvas to work together toward creating a better beer culture in the Muskoka region.
