As a Divisional Sales Manager, my role is to inspire and lead 4 Regional Development Managers to grow my Divisions Sales Out Volume.I'm responsible for 84 people through 4 direct line reports and managing their performance remotely. Along side this I'm responsible for Execution across all channels - Indies, Elec Multi's, Grocers & Department stores across the biggest geographical division for Dyson, Manchester to the Orkney Isles.Through leading and driving my team I have hit the highest target possible every month that I have been in role and lead the North team to it's most successful year to date.

As a Dyson Regional Development Manager my job was simple, to drive Dyson business across my region, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire.I was responsible for 12 'Dyson Expert' line reports and managing their performance remotely, along with being responsible for execution across all channels - Indies, Electrical Multi's, Grocers & Department Stores.Finally I was responsible for driving growth, in innovative and inspiring ways and along the Dyson brand message. From running incentives to drive ROI%, or Commercially managing an Indie to drive their Margin and re-purchase. My job was to push my region to be the best and I moved it from 10th in the country to 1st, in under 10 months.

Leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and beat all KPI's set out in front of me is my job remit. The John Lewis Partnership allows me to do it in the way I want to, and to lead how I do it best. Beating Shrinkage, Beating Budgets and Like for Like sales in other John Lewis' around the country I've been delivering results and continue to do so.

My role as a selling assistant is to make the customer as happy as possible by advising them on the best products possible in the Audio & TV Department.I am forward looking and so taking on as many responsibilities as possible - Organising the Rota, Shopping events, Managing the floor, Commercial Opportunities, Apple Champion, Omni-Channel Champion.

As a Brand Ambassador your role is different to that of a sales role. You are there to increase the reputation of the Brand you work for, over the period I looked after Sony 3D TV and Sony Vaio Laptop. Winning national prizes for my mystery shop scores, and helping Comet Norwich to the best increase on Sony 3D TV was no mean feat, but at the end of it all it was about the customer and the customers journey. One which led me to help deliver excellent experience in John Lewis and built my idea of what Customer Service really looks like.
