My passion is to make a higher quality of life accessible for everyone. With my undergraduate degree, I am primarily focused on biomechanics and biomaterials. I hope to use my skills and knowledge to develop life-changing products.While busy with academics and studying, I also am a leader within the residential community. From previously being Vice President of Cary Quadrangle Hall Club, to now being a Resident Assistant, I’ve set out to ensure that each resident living in University Residences has the best living experience possible by planning events and encouraging others to be engaged with their community.I’ve never been afraid to try new things. Last Summer, I spent 9 weeks living and working in Yellowstone National Park as a Steward cleaning grills, ovens, vents, and anything else that can be found in a kitchen. While this may seem unexpected considering my current studies, it was an opportunity that I would recommend to anyone. It was one of the best experiences of my life, thanks to all the people I met from across the country and globe, living alongside bison and elk, and exploring over 150 miles within the park hiking. Awarded the 2021 Mae Dilliner Lowes Memorial Scholarship for my involvement within the Franklin Township area. Named 2020 Mental Attitude Award Winner of Franklin Central Cross Country for my optimism.Looking to partner with companies dedicated to engineering better lives in Summer 2024.
