I manage a team of four in our Operations department and on a daily basis use the below skills.• Campaign management: from start to finish - managing our entire stock and providing availability for our Sales team to ensure they do not oversell. Ensuring campaigns go live and get completed in a timely fashion and then photographic proof of entire campaign passed onto client. • PR planning: estimating expenses, organising events, booking drivers, arranging and monitoring PR events • Project Management (planning campaigns for the clients, liaising with Clients, recruiting capable drivers who will be acting as an ambassador for the campaign and the product)• Legal contracts (explaining contract to the drivers, adjusting wanting articles, passing breaches to the legal department)• Selling concept of advertising to the drivers• Customer Service (on different levels, from the drivers to the VIP’s and company directors)• Accounts Administration (investigating and resolving outstanding payments)• Managing database information (Salesforce, running reports and filters. Fluent use of Microsoft Office)
