Relationship executive predominantly covering healthcare clients in northeast Ohio, central Ohio, and West Virginia. Managing current client relationships and sourcing new prospects through executive management – including CEO and board members – and Treasurer-level connections at top-tier, nationally recognized institutions. Primary duties consist of responding to RFPs (included written proposals and finalist presentations); sourcing new loan originations; new product sales; expanding existing business including fee revenue; planning and leading client entertainment; and general client maintenance including risk and control obligations.

Supported several commercial bankers in the Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia markets covering a variety of healthcare and higher education institutions. Offered a comprehensive set of financial solutions including credit and treasury services.

Assisted in the origination and execution of financing solutions with experience in tax-exempt, taxable (both Corporate and Municipal CUSIPs) fixed rate bond offerings. This included both senior managed bond offerings and several billion dollars of aggregate co-senior or co-managed deals.Provided day-to-day, quantitative and qualitative support to multiple senior bankers across the country. Includes identifying refunding opportunities and appropriate refunding structures, bondholder analysis, tax-exempt and taxable market updates, healthcare industry trends, etc.

Managed the debt capital portfolio and corresponding derivatives of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. This primarily consists of managing or assisting in various aspects of the CCF plan of finance, conduit financings (i.e. new debt issuances), debt service payments, RFPs, bank/adviser relationships, swap collateral, swap payments, debt compliance, and continuing disclosure. Other tasks include providing detailed financial analyses (e.g. fundamental, trend, cost, etc.) of non-profit health systems for executive management and general debt/derivative education (PowerPoints, reports, speeches, etc.) for a variety of departments within CCF.
