Project planner and designer for Sydney Road/Upfield Corridor Strategic Framework Plan. The Framework Plan provides a robust built form and urban design context for this significant urban renewal precinct. Urban design principles helped deliver built form outcomes that balances the valued built form character with the creation of a new mid-rise built form.

Various roles performed within the company at both strategic and statutory levels. Including the preparation of Structure Plans, Urban Renewal Strategies, Development Plans and Planning Scheme Amendments. At the statutory level Max has prepared a number of planning permit applications an Urban Context Reports.

Various roles performed within the company since first joining in July 2004. Experience in a variety of statutory and strategic master planning projects. At a strategic level Max was involved in the promotion of the Northstowe New Settlement through the UK Development Plan process. Max also project managed the preparation and submission of major planning applications for large urban extensions.

Provided land use planning advice to the Greater London Authority on major town planning permit applications referred to the Mayor of London. The role involved the co-ordination of transport advice from the various departments of Transport for London including London Buses, London Tube, Street Management and Docklands Light Rail.Provided strategic land use planning and transport advice to assist London Boroughs in the preparation of policies for inclusion into Unitary Development Plans.
