Platform Development Scientist for mAbs upstream

1. Work in coordination with the Sales team and Product Management to provide pre and post-sales support to customers for FRT (Fermentation Technology), FMT (Fluid Management Technology) and CCM (Cell Culture Media) product lines. 2. Responding to customer requests for technical support, giving technical seminars (Media Optimization, Process Optimization and Process Scale-up and Scale-down), performing product demonstrations, providing on-site support and troubleshooting; 3. Educate and advise customers of the best suited technology by depth knowledge of upstream processing technologies; 4. Generate the necessary technical documents and track and report progress metrics for internal and customer use; 5. Maintain up to date awareness of relevant technical developments; 6. Develop expertise by a regular exchange of experiences, applications and technology training; 7. Develop and execute project plans to meet customer needs using the appropriate technologies; 8. Work with marketing, product management and BU to provide customer feedback for the continuous improvement of the products line. 9. Leading marketing promotion campaigns.
