1. Build strong partnership-Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop appropriate sourcing strategies to meet business needs and align with priorities-Network externally to enrich the source of talent2. Lead full cycle of recruitment-Talent pipeline: Proactively research markets, industry and functional pool to identify candidates via both conventional and unconventional channels such as recruiting platforms, social media, campus events and recruiting events.-Screening and interviewing: Have an eye for qualified candidates and utilize interview skills to verify the qualifications and fitness to the job/culture. Build positive candidate experiences and employer branding.-Salary proposal: Consult respective HRBPs, HR Managers and the Head of HR to prepare reasonable and fair offers for internal and external talent-On-boarding: Act as the point of contact between the candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and welcoming on-boarding.3. Manage the recruiting process-Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to company policies and regulatory requirements.-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and data to making insightful suggestions and adjustments4. Other HR project-Employee engagement activities-SOP update-HR team support-Handle and respond to employees’ inquiries
