As a Pharmacy Technician at Publix I dispense medications and assist our pharmacists with immunizations, health screenings, and medication therapy management.

As a Customer Service Representative, I’m one of the first things our customers see when they walk through our doors, so I play a critical role in providing premier customer service. I also play a major role in Publix’s profitability. I scan each item and ensure the price is correct for each one and provide the correct change to our customers.

As a Lead Court Monitor at Sky Zone Kennesaw, a once booming local trampoline park, it was my duty to watch over the other team members, usually 6-8 individuals out of our 75+ employees, while they oversaw their court(s). I made sure they were effectively and correctly guiding kids/adults to have fun while still following all the rules and regulations of each court. Any injury, guest criticism or complaint, trampoline malfunction, etc. was my responsibility to handle. I would find a way to solve the problem quickly and safely so that everyone was satisfied. After regular hours, I would delegate tasks to my team members to clean and correctly close the park.
