I have done mostly jobs in the trades. I worked at a tire shop for one summer. I was the last person in the retread shop that the tires would come to. I would buff out any blemishes that were on the tire, I would paint them, and then I would sort them according to their order number. I did a roadway construction internship with CW Matthews Contracting Co. for a summer. It was a lot of scooping and sweeping and I also did some office work that summer working with blueprints. I worked at a Lowe’s for 10 months in the garden center. I loved being able to provide customer service to people with joy in my heart and hopefully making a difference in someone’s day. I also did an electrical apprenticeship at ABEC Electric Company in Nashville for one year. Through my apprenticeship with ABEC I’ve got to get a grasp on basic electrical work, learn how to work hard, and learn how to work well with people and most efficiently regardless of how I’m treated. I am a hard worker, I love people, and I want to make a difference wherever I am working. I’m open and excited to try new things!
