Max is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Finance Transformation practice. He focuses on delivering large-scale Technology enabled Finance Finance transformation programs with clients in the Private Sector. Max has worked with a range of clients in Consumer Goods and Industrial Manufacturing sectors from shaping a programme vision to implementation. He has experience across a range of Finance transformation programmes including separation and post-deal optimisation, process and Technology transformation and Organisation Design.Max is a qualified accountant. He moved into PwC’s Consulting practice from Assurance in 2018. Prior to PwC he worked at VirtualStock, a small Reading-based startup delivering Product Information Management and Order Management solutions to Retail Customers. Outside of client engagements, Max is a proactive and enthusiastic contributor to the Finance Transformation team. He manages the Finance pipeline for the Industrial Products and Services sector. He feels passionately about capability development, leads internal trainings and is a career coach to junior members of staff.
