I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts. My major is in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts and my minor is Multimedia Design. I worked with WCMU Public Media for nearly 3 years and now have more than ten total years of production experience. I’ve worked for NPR as a radio reporter, audio editor, camera operator, and floor director. I spent a couple years producing video content for Morley Company in Saginaw, and worked a short period of time during the pandemic as a photographer, videographer, and editor for Blue Thumb in Saginaw. I've spend the last 4 years working in live production as a control room technician and technical director for Diversified as a contractor at Dow in Midland. I’ve been editing video since high school and have experience producing short films, news segments, audio pieces, PSA’s, highlight reels, interviews, training videos, and comedy sketches. I have experience with graphic design, writing, and camera operation as well as years of editing proficiency with the Adobe Suite. I’ve exercised my skills on many class and work projects, as well as my own personal works. Throughout my years at CMU I was involved with Central Premiere Productions, and Film Society, where I further honed my skills in editing, videography, sound design, and other elements of production. Recently, I've learned a lot of live production, and have developed skills with Ross products such as Dashboard, and Carbonite, as well as Xpression Studio. I’m very easy going and friendly; those who know me would consider me a people person, a strong communicator and storyteller, and a fast learner. I’m uniquely creative and bring a different perspective to the table. I'm easy to work with and would love an opportunity to get more professional work experience somewhere in the media / entertainment arena.
