I am a driven professional passionate about creating meaningful change through innovative solutions. As an Engagement Assistant within Urbis' Engagement Team, I specialise in community and stakeholder engagement, supporting diverse projects as part of the broader Planning Team. I work to assist in facilitating effective communication, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that engagement strategies align with project objectives. My role involves coordinating outreach efforts, conducting research, and contributing to successfully delivering urban planning and development initiatives across Australia.As Marketing and IT Director for the UTS Business Society, I led a team of six marketers, strategising and delivering campaigns for a 1,700+ member base. This role strengthened my ability to manage diverse priorities and deliver high-quality results.Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Business (2023) and a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII) (2024). Through Business, I majored in Advertising and Marketing Communications and sub-majored in Sustainable Enterprises. Through BCII, I have spearheaded multidisciplinary projects, including my two capstone projects that involve redesigning Cricket NSW’s sports pathway and conducting a self-led research project to improve sustainability and wellbeing outcomes in Sydney’s built environment. These experiences honed my skills in stakeholder collaboration, research, and solution-driven strategies.I am passionate about creating a more sustainable future through collaboration and innovation.
