Massimo was born on 5 March 1970 in Bologna, where he studied and graduated in Economics from the University of Bologna. He has a Master in Business Administration from the SDA Bocconi Business School of Milan. During this course he also went on an exchange program in the US, at the USD of San Diego.Massimo has been working in management consultancy for 15 years, beginning his career as a senior consultant in the Italian Management Consulting Firm VV&A, specialized in Strategic Marketing and Customer Centred Re-engineering solutions, and in Butera & Partners, an Italian Management Consulting Firm operating in Change Management & Innovation of Organisational Systems.In 2003 he joined SRI Group, becoming Partner and Managing Director, working closely with the group’s founder Giulio Gallazzi.Today he is an expert in M&A, Corporate Finance and Corporate Restructuring, leading the Italian business of the Group.During the course of his career, he has supported numerous multinational companies of all sizes, managing high profile projects involving change management, cost structure optimization, international business development, commercial effectiveness and merger & acquisitions and has served as independent and non-executive board member in numerous SMEs Industrial and Financial companies.SRI Group today is amongst the main Italian advisory companies in the M&A branch, with a clear leadership in the SMEs sector. SRI Group is also one of the major shareholders of Gruppo Banca del Fucino.
