Customer Training Coordinator
Current- Coordinates the scheduling of trainings for state, local, federal, military, and international organizations for CBRN detection devices.- Oversees the inventory and logistics of training devices, curriculum, and materials for several domestic and international trainings each week (Workbooks, Start Guide, Training Presentations, etc.).- Leads weekly coordination meetings between sales, production, and applications teams to align schedules and manage customer engagements.- Responds to customer inquiries and works with training, production, and operations teams to maintain product standards, high-quality end user experiences, and pursue program improvements.- Administers weekly online training program through Microsoft Teams and GoToWebinar, utilizing Salesforce for distribution.
