CurrentSurfeo is certified ISO 9001 & EN 9100 and is in charge of consulting in operational strategy of aerospace & high industries (energy, medical,...) manufacturers in Europe.- In charge of a portfolio of 6 manufacturers- Definition of the sales strategy and the business development strategy in Europe.- Intelligence gathering from actors on the markets.- Promotion of capabilities and solutions (COTS & Build-to-specifications) to the key decision makers and end-users (Procurement managers, Engineering, Program, Quality, ...) during onsite meetings, workshops and techdays- Elaboration of on site meetings between two parties.- Participation to events and shows dedicated to high end industries.- Identification of opportunities in the major Aerospace accounts (OEM, Tier 1, Airlines, Tier 2, MRO)- Management and follow-up of complex business cases (RFI, RFQ, RFP) through the whole sales process.Other missions I have handled at Surfeo:- Market Test and Studies in the Space industry.- Technological benchmark.
