This enabled them to prepare the profit and loss estimates that would determine a project's viability before presenting to the Executives board.Once the project was approved I negotiated the demarcation lists and shell specification documents with the landlords' project team to secure the technical items agreed in the Head of Terms for the LTAs sign off.I managed the preparation of schedules of works and assessed competitive tenders received, making reports and recommendations. I reviewed contract documentation, ensuring compliance with the project brief, time-scale and budget estimates, as well as all relevant legislation, regulations and policies such as the British standards and H&S.I have created and formalised standards and specifications to follow for all refurbishment projects. I also worked on developing the LEAN philosophy for all projects to be more efficient and reduce time on site.Achievements: Created a strategy to ensure that building works consider the shopping experience and are therefore less disruptive to the customers. I shared this strategy with the French, Spanish, Dutch and Japanese Construction teams. Developed the LEAN methodology for refurbishment works.
