Product Development Senior Project Manager, Emerging Markets, Emea
Current•Delivers projects valued at up to $20m + leads design team of architects, interior designers, MEPF and ICT engineers, cost, construction and opening managers•Prepares & oversees the project plan by collaborating with different teams and key stakeholders, and specifying the project's goals, deliverables, deadlines and resource needs•Plans & coordinates the drawings and specifications from the initial design all the way to the finished product in accordance with the Cie standards•Manages a cross-functional team by assigning responsibilities to individual team members, allocating tasks & defining priorities throughout the project lifecycle•Liaises with Executive teams, Directors, Heads of departments, Local management teams & other key stakeholders, maintaining constant communication to streamline projects and guarantee success•Collaborates with the RE and legal team to provide technical feasibility studies, design choices, CAPEX estimates & risk evaluations for new purchases•Discusses draught leases with landlords' equivalent construction T&Cs, as well as negotiating shell specifications + access conditions with the relevant consultants•Issues invitations to tender and approves papers pertaining to the work schedule•Compiles budgets and cost report following receipts of quotes from, in accordance with corporate policies, in order to secure project approval from the executive board•Discusses engineering elements with the designers to confirm each project remains in budget•Secures project approval from landlords and local authorities•Oversees the contractors selection process and onboards specialist consultants•Minimises the company’s exposure to risk by confirming all H&S regs are strictly followed through the lifecycle of the projects•Closely monitors project progress daily and analyses any shortfalls to remain on schedule•Accurately calculates the scope and cost of construction projects in order to pay contractors•Compiles as-built plans + O&Ms
