Current• Led the discovery, design, and implementation of a music management product that allows customers to upload and manage their music content across multiple streaming services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal, TikTok, and Facebook, to maintain the existing customer base and attract new customers by managing the full product development lifecycle and build through Agile methodologies. • Initiated a program to incorporate new languages and genres into the user flow to enable and support artists in critical emerging markets such as Latin America, Asia, and Eastern Europe, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and managing program milestones. • Launched a support playbook and process for Dolby Atmos format audio to ensure customers can take advantage of the latest advances in audio technology and proactively offer customers the option to release their music in the highest quality available.
