The platform is accessed globally by ~50 operations personnel.- Implemented a global operations attestation platform (Web-based platform). In the platform, users can identify, comment onand review high risk exceptions that are fed from the operations risk analytics platform.- The two projects above eliminated the need for 4 full-time consultants and reduced manual data preparation andcommunication across the fund, saving an estimated ~$500K annually on work hours alone.- Supervised a team of four, India-based consultants that performed data cleansing and analysis for reports that drove strategicinitiatives within middle office and operations.- Managed day-to-day activities for the operational risk analytics function. Evaluated operational risk exposure to the fundacross different asset classes and industries.- Prepared management analytics that detailed key risk metrics each month and walked operations managers through keyfindings before they presented to the firm's C-level executives.
