The mission of CollegeTracks is to empower first-generation-to-college students and students from low-income and immigrant households in Montgomery County, Maryland by helping them bridge systemic opportunity gaps with enough support to get to and through postsecondary education and on a career pathway.

• Convinced potential students to attend the University of Oregon by touring them aroundand speaking to their parents• Spoke effectively at high schools with enthusiasm about what we had to offer them toimprove their lives and the school• Presented myself and our school well by engaging with the potential students to create abetter school environment

• Instilled a sense of team unity and sportsmanship through positive attitudes andinclusiveness• Provided children with individual attention to reinforce learning and promote reciprocal trust• Improved the quality of the camp experience by being a positive role model and fun coach that provided a fun experience for every kid
