- Launched and maintained multi-platform social media initiatives that portrayed the residential experience of 5000+ students- Directed front office operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service- Advised university students and parents as they navigated residential processes - Assisted related service departments in addressing client concerns

- Produced bilingual video content on YouTube highlighting unique intercultural anecdotes of foreigners living in Seoul- Analyzed and utilized social media trends for new content development in order to optimize viewer behavior- Collaborated with Korean film agencies to publish culturally stimulating interviews in several languages- Translated Korean scripts and captioning into English while maintaining local colloquialisms

- Designed a full year curriculum, teaching core values of several religions and comparative world theologies in order to create a comprehensive religious understanding for 7th, 8th and 9th grade students- Pioneered an interfaith college panel, creating a holistic understanding of the unique ways in which teens of different faiths grow up in the contemporary American religious landscape
