 Drafted complaints, motions and briefs in complex securities and ERISA stock drop class actions. Performed extensive research into company public filings and stock history in preparation for ERISA stock drop and securities cases. Drafted memoranda for head partners concerning new securities and ERISA stock drop case filings and statuses of active cases. Reviewed extensive discovery and prepared privilege logs in preparation for complex class action securities and ERISA stock drop litigation. Conducted and assisted co-counsel with depositions of witnesses.

 Completed and filed a successful I-589 asylum petition on behalf of an indigent refugee from the Republic of Congo who was a victim of domestic violence. Participated in a community forum discussion panel in Passaic, NJ to educate and counsel members of the city’s Ukrainian community on their immigration rights. Visited county prisons throughout New Jersey to assist Legal Aid Society attorneys in advising immigration detainees. Interviewed clients and performed extensive legal research on immigration law and foreign country conditions.
