Marine operations leader with 20 years’ experience on submarine telecommunication cable and offshore renewable energy projects. I have worked throughout the Asia-Pacific, Middle-East and East Africa regions. This experience helped me develop a solid understanding of multicultural teamwork and constantly adapt to local work practices and cultural differences by embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.My experience is all encompassing from marine operations management including site selection, stakeholder engagement, permitting and project execution to business development, contractual negotiation and cost control from “cradle to grave”. I have worked with all major companies in the offshore renewables, submarine telecommunications or Oil & Gas sectors at various stages of their projects in the capacity of senior geophysicist, reporting manager, party chief, project manager, operations manager or commercial manager. The experience I acquired on site, coupled with my technical background and my commercial acumen, allow me to apply a 360-degree approach to projects by providing innovative solutions with cost efficiency and timely delivery in mind.
