The river surfing capital of Canada is perfectly located as the second most populated city nationally and a renowned international travel destination to become the first surf park destination in Canada. Analyst and Designer role with Cyreen, the Germany startup offering previously unseen analytics for grocery store advertising.Tasks & Responsibilities:- Defined the startup’s BI requirements and analyzed the software providers to select the most appropriate for Cyreen;- Designed and built the BI dashboard that will be used for the clients to see the results of their campaigns.

Analyst role with BNP Paribas for the development of an innovation framework in its CIB operations.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Interviewed primary stakeholders and conducted secondary research on innovation and continuous improvement;- The outcome of the assignment will be to propose a set of recommendations to increase internal and external communication, ideation quality, streamlining execution, and more aligned innovation activities with the company strategy.

Launched a surf experience online marketplace for local surfers to offer surf-related activities in Sydney.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Conducted customer interviews, large surveys, and lean experiments to identify a solution to surfers seeking guidance and coaching.- Recipient of the ProtoX grant and participated in its early-stage startup program offered by the University of Sydney.

Led and managed a team of 5 students in organising corporate events for the CEMS Master of International Management cohort of 120 students.Tasks & Responsibilities:- Organized career-preparation workshops on the following topics: body language in the Australian workplace, visa requirements for working in Australia, international job search, and case solving preparation;- Organized corporate events: rotational breakfast seminar (60+ students, 8 companies), company visits, startup panel;- Delivered a half-day CEMS Skills Seminar on the Future of Technology in Education- Reported to the CEMS Club President on a fortnightly basis.
